Ugh, I've been fighting a pretty nasty cough for about a week. I don't feel sick, per sa, but I'm not 100% normal either. My asthma has really been acting up since this cough made its self at home in my lungs.
Greg brought dinner last night from a local place called Pastore's. Damn good stuff! He ordered 2 Western Chicken Sandwiches (two chicken strips smothered in bbq sause, melted mozzorella cheese and thick strips of bacon... mmm mmm good!) and two orders of corn fritters and an order of hot poppers for himself. Yummy yum yum!
Amelia was a little cranky last night so we decided to give her some gas medicine and that seemed to 'hit the spot' for her. Then, once she was calm and Greg and I were done eating, I gave Amelia a shower. She did pretty good. She didn't cry as much and actually seemed to enjoy the shower. Then, it took FOREVER for Amelia to fall and stay asleep. At first, she fell asleep in Greg's arms and when he went to put her down she woke up and stayed awake. After about a half hour or so, we turned off all the lights and tv and I told Greg to put Amelia on the bed between us where she pretty much fell asleep instantly as Greg and I did some deep, serious talking. Greg and I talked for two hours, until nearly midnight, about our beliefs, theorys on the universe, if Greg feels accomplished about certain aspects of his life, and many more along those lines. But, I'll post this part of the conversation in a different post all together. All in all the conversation was really good and thought provoking.
