Taxes

Taxes suck. It's bad enough taxes are taken out with every paycheck then, in addition to everything we buy is taxed. Ok, I can understand the purpose of taxes, but does the goverment really have to do so much? Can't they budget like the rest of America?

This year, like the last 2 years, I owe (and I still need to file those last two years.. ssshhhhh). I owe $247 to Federal and $145 to state. I would have actually received taxes back if Weis hadn't screwed me over. Apparently, they DID NOT take enough out. Sheesh.

Next year, on the other hand, should be great! With having Amelia as a deduction, I should get a lot back. Plus, I don't plan on changing my exemptions (I currently claim 1 on both state and federal).
