I haven't been to Ocean City, MD since May 2005.

Earlier this afternoon, Greg forwards me an evite that he received from Brooke, informing us that we have been invited to *drum roll please...* The RSC Ocean City 2007 Put Put Invitational !! !!

and, finally, the true Mini-Golf Afficionados delight-

Viking Golf


Participants shall meet at the Ralston Social Club at noon, where carpooling shall be arranged. The registration fee is $30 per person *covers golf admission as well as bus fare for the day* plus chipping in for gas.

After the closing of the tourney, the winner shall receive free drinks on the participants for dinner and the rest of our stay at Ocean City *within reason, drunkies* and, of course, a shiney plaque.

The tournement is set for early September.

I've only played put put golf once in my life; when Greg and I returned from our Atlantic City trip in March of 06 (a birthday getaway). The weather was awesome that night! so warm for a March night. We even did a little batting practice. I've told Greg that I wanted to go back, for the batting cages, but we've never made it.

So, even though I am not too keen on put put gold (short attention span), I am excited about this get together! I can't wait to talk to Greg about it tonight, as well as the O's game get together!
