Today has been crazy!
I've hardly had the time to read my book today and then later in the afternoon I receive a 'special' email from my supervisor informing me that two higher up people have chosen me to call customers to gather some feedback and what not. Now, this makes me feel pretty good that I was specifically thought of to do this project and I feel that this will be put into consideration for the position that I applied for last week.
We'll see!!
So, other than that, the day has been non-stop! I was even working during my lunch hour (just to catch up on a few things). I can not wait to get home tonight!
There was so much stuff I wanted to right today about my wondering mind this morning, but I never got the chance. I hope that I have some time over the weekend to write, but I don't think I will have that much time (picking Amelia up, hanging out with Cousin April, packing and cleaning out the closet and bedroom for the move next week, and so much more!)
Last night was great! I had a really nice time. Greg and I ate at Johnny Rockets, neither one of us had eatin there before; the food was too bad and the prices were pretty good. I believe the total was $20 for two appetizers and two sandwiches. After dinner, Greg and I were going to head over to Dairy Queen because for the whole day of 08/09/07, all sales of their Blizzards (or something like that) were being donated to some Childrens Organization and Greg and I wanted to contribute, but we didn't have time to make it all the way to the one end of the mall and then to the movie theater in time (and, of course, the mall was closed by the time the movie let out), so we had the Ben and Jerry's for dessert (I didn't care too much for the choice of ice cream I cho

So, what’s the plan tonight?
For our 'Date Night', Greg and I are going to see The Simpson's Movie (with our free passes) after work. And, apparently, we're going to make out. Works for me!
Finally, this afternoon, the a/c was repaired at work. It's nice and cool and the nice little storm we have is also helping. Rather relaxing really; since I can sit and watch it rain from my desk (Love my Desk Location).
Well, "IT" has made it's ugly presence this morning; about time too! But, I've noticed that my cycles are starting the Thursday after I stop taking the active pills... what's nice *knock on wood* is that the cramps are almost nonexistent, oddly. Actually, I had no warning signs (other than my strong 'urges' for 'playing' with Greg) that "IT" was coming. Another thing that I have noticed is that my mood swings happen a week before I stop taking the active pills... I wonder if this is just me. I've been tempted to not take the birth control to see if I would have a cycle on my own (since I have PCOS, my cycles have been very unpredictable; hence the reason I didn't use birth control (and was told that it would be nearly impossible for me to get pregnant naturally))... not sure if I want to risk that chance... give up sex for two months just to see if I will start a cycle on my own???... Nah....
Next is coming along nicely. I've spent a majority of the morning reading. The only 'complaint' I have about the book, thus far, is that it's predictable; or at least seems predictable, but I don't know if my predictions are true, well most of them... some I've predicted and after a few more chapters proved correct. I guess it helps that I spent nearly six years in the clinical research industry and I know a lot of what the book is about... who knows. I should be done with it soon..
This weekend, Greg and I are going back down to my Mom's to get Amelia. I am so missing her right now. She's growing so fast, physically and mentally. She's begun to get on her hands and knees and will soon start crawling, probably, but for now she just kinds scoots backwards.
I am getting pretty excited about the move next week. I can't wait for Greg and I to finally have a place to call home and to start our life together; and for Amelia to have a place to have all her 'firsts', such as her first steps, Christmas, Thanksgiving, words, etc. This time next year, Amelia will be 19 months old!! It's so weird to think about that, especially when I think what I was doing/thinking this time last year (like working at CCTA; when Greg and I went to the National Zoo; all the trips that Greg and I were planning; and the thought of Greg and I moving to Washington State together...
It's such a weird thing to think about all that was going on last year and not know that I was pregnant. I would guess that I was about 4, going on 5, months pregnant this time last year. And, who would have thought that a year later, Greg and I would be moving in together, set up joint bank accounts (at my bank of choice; gotta love Wachovia), helping each other pay our bills (I help him with the Dell bill and he helps with my car payment), and have a nearly 7 month old daughter!! I sure wouldn't have thought that... if I were asked last year what I would expect to be doing exactly a year later, all that I mentioned above would not be what I was expecting; if anything, I would have guessed: School and a new job. Way off, huh...
Would I change anything? Absolutely not; not even all the hardship I've experienced in the last 7 months. I am feeling very positive about my future with Greg, Amelia, and life in general. It's a very good feeling.
Well, I am going to get back to the book; just thought I would stop by and give ya something to read!

Happy 4th!
Oy! What a day!
Damn hormones are starting to drive me nuts...
This morning, we wake up a little after 9am, feed Amelia and then Greg and Amelia decide to go back to bed. I get up and take a shower, go down stairs and eat left overs from last night and start to watch The De Vinci Code with Aaron. Amelia wakes up around 10:45am and I bring her downstairs with me. Finally, around 11:30, I tell Greg to wake up and get the day started. Greg didn't listen to me. I became mad. Finally, around 1pm, we head out to Marley Mall to get Amelia's first hair cut! Greg didn't believe me that the mall would be open, much less 'Cartoon Cuts'. I proved him wrong. Greg took a lot of pictures while Amelia was having her hair cut. Some are uploaded on my Flickr account.
Prior to leaving for the mall, Greg's Mom called and said she was going to cook on the grill and invited us over.
Last night, after I got home, I ran out to get some pet food for Max, the dog, and Oliver, my cat. On the way to the store, I ran over a nut (the ones that are used for with bolts) and got it wedged into the groove of the tred. I didn't think about it much and continued with the errand. Today, when we were done with Amelia's hair cut, we ran over to Sears Auto and they said it would take at least 2 hours before they could even get to my car. Greg and I pass and head over to Ellicott City. On the way to our destination, the nut came out and I had a flat. Yay! A flat on Rt 100 where people, like me, drive like a bat outta hell! Greg was trying to change the flat as I was trying to call roadside assistance when we receive help from a stranger! He changed my flat in like 5 minutes! We tried to pay the guy but he wouldn't accept anything from us. So now, we search for a place that can repair a flat or sell a new tire if needed, on the 4th of July. Surprisingly, NTB was open, and for $23, my tire was repaired. By now, it's about 3pm and we head out, again, to Ellicott City. Run into SuperFresh, pick up a few things, and head to Greg's place.
Once we arrived, a pretty good storm brewed it's ugly face. We even had hail!
So, for the 4th, we just hung out with Greg's family (Mom and 2 brothers). It was nice.
Now, about last night. Oh. Muh. Gawd. I loved Transformers the movie! I had a great time. With all that came, we took up and entire row! We didn't get out of the theater until 1:30am.
Prior to the movies, Greg and I went out to eat at Don Pablo's in Columbia. It's a TexMex place. It was nice. The food didn't have as much flavor as Chevy's, but enjoyable nonetheless. Our sever, on the other hand, wasn't so nice. Rarely there.
Anyway, it's late and I am tired. I will catch up tomorrow.

Hodge Podge of Everything
So, we didn't get the place where Greg is currently staying. They say it was our credit. We feel differently. In the mean time, we are in the process of applying for a condo in Glen Burnie. We're just waiting for the realtor to call me back to set up a date and time to check the place out.
I called the corporate office about the complex that rejected us at the last minute before move in. I stated my issues and Mike took notes. Mike told me that the complaint would go to three 'people' and that I should hear back about a resolution. The issue to resolve is for me to get my money back. Oh, and to get rid of AJ.
Last night, after work, I met up with Daniel at their old townhouse and hung out for a bit (until 7:30) and then we headed over to my place. Greg brought dinner for all of us and cooked it for us. We watched Hell's Kitchen; very interesting show last night. OMG, Melissa was a witch! She wasn't like that in the beginning; where did last nights performance come from? Greg and I feel she isn't going to be well liked on the Blue Team; she's already had a conflict with Rock! We can't wait until next weeks episode.
Tonight is Movie Night! Greg and I had an opportunity to see Transformers last night, for free, but since the showing was so late, we passed. Cory is the best! He gives me free movie passes to Muvico and when he lived here, Daniel and I would see all sorts of movies for free.
Getting back to tonight, it looks like there will be only 12 of us. Still pretty good on my count. Sean and Aaron are staying home so they are going to watch after Amelia. I am looking forward to tonight! It's been so long since I've been out with a large group of friends. I wish we were going to dinner as well, but they don't think there will be enough time. It's all good. Maybe Greg and I will go out to eat before the movie, assuming Amelia will cooperate with going to bed tonight.
Speaking of Amelia, have I mentioned her new 'trick'? I don't think I have. Well, Amelia is rolling over completely now a days and sleeping on her stomach! As a matter of fact, sleeping on her stomach is the only way she'll sleep! It's cool, yet it freaks me out a little. The reason it freaks me out is because I am afraid she's going to suffocate herself and I'll wake up one morning and find her blue. But, there is nothing I can do to prevent her from rolling over onto her stomach. Besides, Greg said he did some research online and according to what he found, it's perfectly normal and safe for her to sleep on her stomach. I still remain skeptical.
At my desk, at work, I have a Halloween 'bucket' where I occasionally fill with candy (and, honestly, there is still Halloween candy in there). Recently, yesterday, I added some chocolate to the bucket, in addition to the jaw breakers and mints that were already in there (the old Halloween candy). Well, everyone in the office knows of this bucket, but since the choice of sweets is slim, no one really indulges their sweet tooth, except for one person. This person, each time she comes around to my side of the office will grab a handful of whatever is in the bucket. Well, according to my other co-workers that sit on my side of the office, on Friday, when I was out of the office, the one that actually eats the candy apparently made many trips to the bucket. Today, she didn't take anything out of the bucket, so there is a running joke between me and two other co-workers about this person that eats the mints and jaw breakers. I don't know why I mentioned this, it was funny in my mind but now that I've typed it all out, it doesn't sound as funny. Meh, it's already written and it give ya something else to read.
I haven't played with my DS in a couple of days, yet I still bring it to work. I think once I am done with this post I am going to play. I don't have much to write about today, and the stuff that I want to write about, I write in my 'secret garden', but I don't write there nearly as much as I do here.
Tomorrow is the 4th of July. This is probably one of my least favorite holidays. The 4th of July doesn't really mean anything to me, just as Labor Day and Memorial Day. I know all three have significant meanings and that is why those days are celebrated; but, me personally, it's just a day off (with pay) for me. Now, if I had to list my top three holidays they would be: 1. Christmas; 2. Easter; and 3. Valentine's Day. Here are the reason why: 1. Christmas; I love everything about Christmas! I love wrapping presents, I love shopping for presents, I love the music, the lights, and the smells. I love the excited feeling I get when someone opens the gift I got for them. Christmas has always been my favorite holiday. Actually, I like everyday but Christmas day; I love that excitement that Christmas Eve brings, but I hate it once everything is said and done. I am all about giving and that is what makes Christmas my favorite. I am already excited about Christmas 2007 because it will be Amelia's and Olivia's (or Charlotte since April hasn't picked a name, yet) first Christmas. April and I have already talked about having Amelia and Olivia's first holiday photo shoot together. Mom is just excited because they can wear velvet dresses. 2. Easter; the reason why I like Easter is because I like making Easter Baskets for friends/family. 2. Valentine's Day; the reason I like Valentine's Day is because I can make cute little cards from Amelia for Greg as I did this past Valentine's Day. Honestly, Christmas is the only holiday I get really excited and worked up about. What about you, what are your top three holidays and why?

02 July 2007
Have ya been looking for me?
Probably not. I haven't received that many hits in the last few days.
So, it's been a busy three days!
My brothers laptop is out of commission, so I haven't been able to write nor upload all the great pics I've taken.
So, here are the last three days in review:
Friday:
Greg and I had a few serious discussion about our living situation. We talked about our back up planl; moving to Churchton. What's in Churchton you wonder? Well, there is a house that belongs to my parents that is currently vacant. I spent the last 12 years of my 'childhood' in Churchton (from 7th grade until I moved out in 2002). The house is on a little over three acres of land and on the water. Beautiful views. But, the house has been vacant for a little over two years and is in need of work, mainly yard work; which Greg is very excited about, for now.
After our discussion of options, we headed down to Annapolis to the court house where I filed my divorce papers. Now, I just wait for the Master List and then we're almost done. Wow. This is really happening. I have no real emotional feelings about this divorce. I guess I'll be happy to have everything complete and not have to worry about anything anymore.
Once we were done with Annapolis, I called my Mom to tell her we were about to get on Rt 50 and she said Amelia was still asleep and to take our time heading down. So, Greg and I decided to stop by the Churchton house. Greg and I walked around the place. I took some picutres. And, in the end, Greg seemed rather excited about moving here. All the pros outweigh the cons.
After about twenty minutes of looking at the property, we head down to Waldorf to pick Amelia up. Mom called just as we were leaving Churchton and said she was already in La Plata! I told her she said we could take our time. In any event, she beat us to the meet-up location (Hong Kong Buffet, Greg's favorite chinese buffet). On the way to Waldorf, I called my Cousin April to see if she wanted to meet us at the Buffet and she said yea. Greg and I arrived at the Buffet about 5pm ish and hang out until 6:30 ish. We, April Mom and I mainly, talked about birthing babies since April is due any week. Traffic was a breeze on the way home. And, honestly, I can't remember what we did after that.
Saturday:
Greg and I slept really late on Saturday. Say, like until noon! Even Amelia slept that late. She did wake up around 9 for a feeding, but she went back to sleep like the rest of us.
Greg and I putted around the townhouse for a couple of hours and then headed up to Best Buy in Glen Burnie. We wanted to look at toys and appliances for the possible Churchton move. I found a really nice camera for only $249 that I would like.
After Best Buy, Greg and I headed over to Benningan's for a late lunch. While there, my friend Daniel calls to tell me that he's in town! Daniel moved to Florida in March of 06. He came up in Sept of 06, and we went out and had fun. So, Daniel made his way to Bennigan's and we hung out for the rest of the day! I had a blast with him. Greg stayed until about 9:00pm. After Bennigan's we all headed back to the townhouse and Greg took care of Amelia while Daniel and I chatted and got caught up in the gossip and such. Daniel was asking a thousand and twelve questions about Greg and I. Last year, before Daniel moved to Fl, he told me that Greg likes me more than a friend and I was like 'yeah right' and such. Daniel knew that I was starting to like Greg around that time as well. So, Daniel is so excited that Greg and I are togehter (and it's not because of Amelia, as Daniel wanted to make sure). All the while Daniel and I were chatting, Amelia was very fussy upstairs. So, Daniel and I went upstairs to help Greg. Amelia flirted with Daniel so much, it was cute. Daniel took tons of pictures of Amelia and me, or Amelia and him. I told Daniel that Greg and I were looking at a camera very simular to the one Daniel had, so it was nice to acutally get to play with the camera. Daniel also showed me his 'cool toys', referring to his new laptop, PSP, and other accessories. Greg fell in love with the headphones Daniel had for the PSP. I, fell in love with the PSP; I've been wanting one of those for years. Daniel has just bought the PSP so he didn't have any games or anything for it; just the movie that he watched on the flight up. So, I was playing around with the PSP and then Daniel tells me that I can have it! He doesn't use it enough to want it. Daniel gave me his PSP!!! Daniel spoils me so much! He's given me his surround sound system, iPod Nano, his PSP, and he said that once his gets the laptop he wants (the one he brought was a gift from his dad and isn't want he wanted), he's going to give me that as well! Of course, I'm not going to be counting on the laptop to happen anytime soon. But still! Greg was telling me to give the PSP back to Daniel and Daniel kept telling Greg that he doesn't want it. So, I have a new toy! Which is cool because Greg spent a good chunk of the weekend playing Diner Dash on the DS. Yep, that's right; Greg is hooked on Diner Dash! I knew I would get him.
Later in the night, after Amelia was finally asleep and Greg at home, Daniel and I sat outside and chatted. While we were outside, some neighbors were setting off fireworks (the ones not allowed into MD). Daniel and I were outside until sometime after 11 and then I went to McD's to get us some snackages. After the snackages, Daniel took a nap and I stayed up to make sure he woke up to get Cory. About 12:30am, Daniel left and I went to bed (after calling Greg).
Sunday:
Sunday was great! The weather was awesome!
I had a slow start in the morning. Amelia slept until 8:30am. We ate and played until 9:30 and then she took a nap until 10:30 (and I took a nap right along side her). Once the nap was over, Amelia and I hung out with Sean and Aaron who were setting up the internet on the PSP (I didn't know the Network Key to set it up and since Sean's laptop is out of order... well, you know). Once that was all done, we were playing with the PSP and Aaron's PS3 and trying to sync them. But, I need to upgrade my software in order to do so. So, I worked on that but I was unable to complete because I didn't have enough battery power left. So, I left it alone for the rest of the day.
Once we were all done playing with the PSP/PS3, I ran out to Hardee's to pick up food. Sean and Aaron hate picking up food, but they don't mind paying for my order if I go get it. I am so loved by them. I swear I don't know what they are going to do once we've all moved our seperate ways. So, after we ate, I took my shower and played with Amelia until she fell asleep. At which I started to get everything together for the Rolston Social Club!! The first Sunday of every month, Tim and Brooke host the Rolston Social Club. Greg and I went back in May, missed June, and then we went yesterday.
We arrive at the party a little after 2:30 and hang out outside. Good times were had by all. I took some really great pictures and I can't wait to upload them, as soon as Sean fixes the laptop.
Greg and I stayed until 7ish and head home. I don't get home until around 8pm and when I arrived, we had guests! Sean and Aaron had invited Deb and Alex, their new friends. We hung out and chatted for a bit. I put Amelia to bed around 8:30 and then hung out some more. We ordered pizza, ate and had a merry time.
I went to bed around 10:30 and the rest is history.
Today, Monday, has been pretty low key. I've been catching up on work and voicemails all the while working on this entry. I've also been 'window shopping' on eBay for some movies, games, and accessories for the PSP. So far, all I've bought was a charger since Daniel left his at home in FL. Also, I am thinking of buying a new cell phone off eBay. I am so frustrated with my current phone, a Sony Ericsson. My previous phone was a Sony Ericsson and I am having the same problems and I had with the other model. So, I am done with this brand. I am looking into LG and Samsung. Nokia doesn't offer anything interesting and I don't like the set up and layout of Motorola. I am very picky when it comes to my cell phones. It's really sad when I think about it.
I am so ecited about or plans for Tuesday night. A group of us (99.9% of Greg's friends/co-workers) are getting together to see Transformers in Columbia. I have never been a group date this big! I believe Greg said something along the lines of nearly 30 people! So much fun!!!
It makes me feel really good that Greg has opened up so much in including me in his 'other' life. I get along smashingly with Greg's co-workers (all of them) and when we were at Tim and Brooke's party last night, I had a great time! Tim and Brooke's friends are so funny! I can't wait to upload the pictures from the party.
When Greg and I first became friends he did not want me to meet any of his co-workers, who were his 'other' friends. He liked to keep everything and everyone seperate. Now a days, he's asking me if I want to go to so and so's party, or a group outting and things related. It just makes me feel special that he's including me.
Well, I am going to do more 'window shopping' on eBay. Have a great Monday!

Shop, Spend, and Enjoy
Greg and I did so much today!!
Once we were up and showered and dressed, we went to Wachovia to get a money order. I decided to pay the rest of the security deposit since I had the money available. Sean and Aaron went with us to do the same. Ugh, I will never get another money order from the bank. They charged me $5 for a piece of paper!
So, once we got the money order, we went to the Pontiac to get the tag off and after that Sean and Aaron headed to the rental complex and Greg and I headed to the MVA Express in Columbia to turn in my tag. Greg and I had a small argument on the way to the MVA. We're over it now. He just didn't agree on my parking when we stopped to get the tag off the Pontiac. So, once we arrived at the MVA Express, the line was practically out the door! But, there was no line for the tag drop-off station!! And the reason why was because it was closed. Bastards! So, I had to drop off the tag in their drop box. I really didn't want to do that because I wanted my receipt to fax to my insurance agent and get the Pontiac off ASAP. Meh, I'll just wait until I get the letter in the mail.
Once we were done at the MVA Express, we headed over to the rental complex to give them the rest of the security deposit. And, to our surprise, Sean and Aaron were still there! So, we finished our business at the same time and decide to head over to Bennigan's for lunch. For the four of us, food, drinks, and alcoholic beverages, the total was $82! I was expecting over $100. I treated everyone to lunch and Sean paid the tip. While there, Amelia was the main attraction from all the female servers.
After lunch, we all headed over to Target to do a little window shopping for our up coming move. Plus, we wanted to get a teething ring for Amelia. She is growing her first tooth! We can see the little white spot on her lower gum line! Yeah, I ended u spending $110. I bought Greg his Father's Day present, a ice tea maker. Something that he's been looking for for a while. We also picked up more nooks for Amelia, salt and pepper mills, cards for Greg and Van, soda's, Reisen candies (for work) and other things that I can't think of at the moment (it's 9:00pm as I write). After Target, we went to Giant to pick up formula but they didn't have enough (I use WIC), but we picked up other items (cereal, cheese, milk, juice) with my WIC checks as well as a few other items, like watermelon! I can't wait to try the watermelon tomorrow.
Once we made it home, Greg put the stuff away while I played with Amelia. She's extremely talkative now a days. Earlier this morning, Greg recorded Amelia's babble and later I am going to post it on YouTube and put it on here for all to listen. Her talks are so adorable.
Amelia fell asleep around 6:45. She only ate 2.5 bottles today. That's not much, compared to her normal consumption. But, I think she has the same eating habit as me; little, if any, appetite when it's hot outside.
Once Amelia was asleep, Greg and I layed in bed and talked about the future and past, as well as the concern on his mind. I can't write about his concern because it's personal, at least on here. But, it could have a huge impact on our life and where we can live. His concern isn't going to make me not want to live or marry him, I know the truth of what happend. In due time, everything will be over.

Monday Musings
Yep, there were other surprises with the SSA!
Ok, so I go in just to get a letter confirming the number was assigned to me. Simple request, right? Well, not to the person that called my number. First, she thought I was trying to verify the other name that appears on my number and that took about 5 minutes to correct. Then, we learn that the date of birth on my number has been entered incorrectly on the last change (Feb. 04 due to name change) and the rep begins to correct that without informing me and she begins to ask for my SS Card, ok got that, drivers license, ok got that, birth certificate, uh no - only hear for a letter, passport, uh no - again, I'm only hear for a letter. Then she gets someone to help her because she can't override the system to correct my date of birth because I don't have all the forms of verification. Uh, lady, I am only here for a letter confirming that the SS number was indeed assigned to me. Then, after about 25 minutes, she realizes my true reason this visit and prints a letter for me. Good Grief! Now, I have to go back to correct my date of birth and figure out who this guy is using my SSI. Joy. But, this is all going to have to wait until Greg and I find a place and move.
Greg and I talked a little bit more about my future engagement. He says he's going to make is super special and I suggested proposing at an O's game and he said no because he would rather do the proposal somewhere more intimate than around thousands of people. I can see his point of view, but at the same time, if someone is going to ask me to marry them, I want the world to know! Even more so if someone is going to do the proposal right! I've told Greg that I am already excited about this pending proposal even though I know it won't be happening anytime soon; nor am I expecting it anytime soon. Greg and I want to make sure we are capable of living together before we commit the rest of our lives together. But, from the amount of time we have already spent together, I don't for see any issues that would prevent us from being together for the rest of our lives.
Of all the time that Greg and I have spent together, we haven't had any arguments and that's amazing. We've had a few 'issues' but nothing that jeopardized our relationship, plus the 'issues' weren't arguments so I don't even know if they really count. Greg and I have been friends since August 2005. He considered us 'dating' around May 2006 and then we become 'committed' to each other in February 2007. So, we have some history though not a lot. And, what's nice is that we were friends before dating and really got to know each other. Greg tells me that he felt some connection to me only after a few get together. Which is funny because after Greg and I met for the first time I didn't think he was ever going to contact me again with me being as shy as I am. But, he obviously felt differently and I am very thankful that he doesn't judge a person by their first impression. Since then, Greg and I have been in contact every single day, except for the time that he drove to Detroit to see his Dad in Sept 2005. I have every single email he's ever sent me and there are well over a thousand emails. He's told me that he's saved my emails as well. I feel Greg and I complete each other. I never felt that with Adam. I don't have to give up things that make me happy to make Greg happy since Greg and I enjoy the same things; whereas with Adam it was always what he wanted to do or watch since we didn't have as many common interests; and sometimes I wouldn't go with him to things he wanted to do. It's great to be with someone and to do things together because we enjoy them together.
Speaking of Adam, he sent me an email on Friday telling me that he is getting over his pneumonia and will be mailing the papers out asap since he doesn't want to drag the process. I don't know if I believe him anymore. Greg and I feel he's been lying to me as to why he hasn't mailed out the papers sooner. His replies are always something outrageous (like when the post office or Staples didn't have any envelopes large enough to send the papers back). He's had the papers for over a month now (I mailed them on April 11th). I wonder if he's told his girlfriend about his marriage. But, if I don't receive the papers by the end of the month, I am going to become more aggressive with completing this divorce even if it means having him served by the sheriff.
My mind isn't being so nice to me. It wants to plan and organize things that arn't ready (not referring to the pending engagement or things related). I want to organize Greg and my income, set up the accounts for bills and such. Greg wants to open an account with Wachovia but he wants to wait until we know where we're going to live so he won't have to get new checks (which makes sense), but I want him to open the account now! I want to set up our joint account and savings account. I want to plan out our bill payments and see how much money we have for fun and toys for us (Greg is dreaming of a flat screen television and I am dreaming of a new car). There's so much that I want to do right now that I can't!
I am going to help Greg pay off his Dell bill so that I can order my laptop through his account. I've already looked online and I know what I want. I also want my own camera. I'm parshall to Sony and would like to get one for myself. I've been using my Mom's camera and my brother's Dell (laptop). Greg has a great camera and desktop but I want my own. Besides, Greg camera isn't pocket friendly and I would like to get a camera that is portable for either my pocket or purse.
Speaking of purses, while Greg and I were at Annapolis Mall on Friday, we went to Wilson's Leather. I wanted to look for a new purse and my Mom suggested them. Their selection was ok. I didn't really find exactly what I wanted but I considered settling with an item. Greg, on the other hand, found something that he wanted to replace his current 'bag' (that he keeps his 'important' items in). Wilson's Leather was having a sale of 'buy one get one half price' and both bags were on sale for $48. Greg talked me out of buying both bags. We need to save the money for our security deposit and he's right. Plus, since I didn't find exactly what I wanted I shouldn't settle because of the sale and the fact that he found something he wanted. And, he's right. But, at least I have more idea's for Father's Day gifts.
Greg commented again how much he enjoys our relationship and how we're able to talk to each other about anything on our mind. Over the weekend, Greg and I had another serious conversation reguarding our relationship (not referring to engagement or marriage). There are some things that pop into Greg's mind and he's thankful that he can talk to me about it rather than surpress the thoughts. I'm assuming that Greg's past relationships weren't as open as ours. My past relationship was open with Adam though he wasn't open with me. I even told Adam that I was cheating on him (before I met Greg) and he only response was 'ok'. I told him why I was doing it and I even told him before I did it that I was thinking about doing it and he still didn't say ro so anything to tell me not to. The relationship I had with Adam is no where near as close (on all levels) as the relationship Greg and I have.
Ok, so I go in just to get a letter confirming the number was assigned to me. Simple request, right? Well, not to the person that called my number. First, she thought I was trying to verify the other name that appears on my number and that took about 5 minutes to correct.

First weekend without Amelia
Well, on Friday Greg and I met Mom in Waldorf and dropped Amelia off for the week! And, so far so good according to Mom.
After we dropped Amelia off, we went to Annapolis to pick up my medicine and then we went to Annapolis Mall to return my skirt. I was hoping to find a new skirt but either the sizes were too big or too small. So, I ended up with a pair of shorts. Also, these shorts are two sizes smaller than the skirt that I exchanged! I am still loosing weight and buying clothes smaller and smaller! I am now down to a size that I wore 10 years ago! And you know what's funny, this summer is my 10 year high school reunion and I am back to the weight I was in high school! So weird!
After shopping, Greg and I went and saw Shrek the Third. It was pretty good. The detail of the characters was great. The story was ok. I feel the second Shrek had a better story.
After the movies, Greg and I head to the grocery store to pick up a few things that end up being more. Damn Giant and their great sale! So, after the shopping we head home and cook dinner. A yummy italin chicken with cheese tortillini and salad. Once dinner was over, we head over to his place to change the kitty litter. Long story. And head back home to go to bed.
Saturday, we wake up at 7:30 and leave a around 8:30 to head to Fed Ex Field for the JSOH Air Show at Andrew's Air Force Base. We arrive at the stadium around 9:30-ish, pass the check point and walk to the buses. The bus ride was strange because we had to stand the whole ride to the base and I always find it weird to stand on a bus. Anyway, while in route to the base there is this huge plane flying over and Greg says it's an old WWII Fighter Plane. Cool. I was able to get pictures of it when we arrived at the base. I took a few pictures of the air show and put them on Flickr, go take a look! Anyway, the air show was a little disappointing and Greg and I left at 3pm and we were home by 4. I fell asleep on the way home and as soon as Greg and I got home, we fell asleep and slept for the rest of the night! Basically from 4:30 until 12:30am! And then I fell asleep again around 2am and slept until 9:30. I don't think I've slept that much in such a long time.
Sunday, Today, Greg and I went to check out an apartment, but they were closed. So, we went to lunch at Cactus Willies cause I had a coupon and then he went home and I've been home since. Sean went to visit Laurie and Aaron went to visit his Mom. So, about 10 minutes after everyone left, Craven shows up and now he and I are going to go see Disturbia.

Yada Yada Yada
Not much going on at the moment...
My Mom is going to watch Amelia for a whole week starting this Friday! This should be insteresting since my Mom thinks Amelia doesn't like her (because Amelia crys every time she's with Mom). I just tell Mom she needs to spend more time with Amelia and then Amelia will become used to her; which is another reason Mom wants to be with Amelia for a week. Also, this will save us a lot of money because we won't have to pay for babysitting! This will actually save us $163 dollars.
Greg and I have taken this Friday, the 18th, off to do a list of things: 1. take Amelia to Mom's (more than likely we are going to meet in Waldorf as we always do); 2. Look at a few apartments; 3. Pick up sample medicine for my astham from my PCP (since I don't have insurance at the moment); 3. Stop by Torrid in Annaplis to exchange my skirt that is too big; 4. See a movie (we are eager to see Shrek III)
On Saturday, Greg and I are going to the air show at AAFB. We went last year and I had a good time! I learned that I like two planes, the C-5 and the Osprey. I find them facinating. Greg says the air show is going to be pretty simular to last years so we probably won't stay as long; which is fine with me. Last year, we were exhausted by the end of the day and we still went to IKEA in College Park afterwards! I don't think that will happen again this year.
No plans for Sunday at this moment. If anything, I will TRY to clean my room, do laundry and maybe start packing a little, or at least go through Amelia's clothes to see what fits and doesn't fit anymore to give to April. I'm still excited April is having a girl!!!
Can you believe Greg and I have talked, a little, about having another baby! This won't be happening anytime soon, but he says he wouldn't mind having a boy. I'm still in shock that he's even thought about it. But, at the same time that makes me excited because with the second one I can enjoy the pregnancy and have my first babyshower.
Well, lunch is about over and there are a few other things I want to check out.

Wednesday Update
Well, we have the Internet again at work, but who knows for how long...
Last night I called Comcast to start services. They will be at the townhouse on Friday morning between 7-9am. I hope for the earlier. I got a pretty good deal with them, all digital cable with every possible movie channel and Internet and free unit rental for 12 months at $75 per month (including taxes), plus I can transfer this 'account' when I move or I could cancel without any early termination fees (something I am very keen about now a days since I've started working at MxEnergy).
Work is going well. I've been doing a lot of 'research' on accounts which is nice. It makes me feel special and gives me something to do with my time when the phones aren't ringing off the hook.
Last night I received my two new movies from Netflix (I've been with them for a couple of years now, gotta love them). Sean, Aaron, and I watched The Covinant and The Omen 666 (Sean had put these in my queue and since I didn't have internet access I didn't check to see what was coming. Nice surprise). The Convinant was alright; nothing spectacular and The Omen 666 was more involved than I was expecting. It was also longer than I was expecting! Not too bad though. But, we all went to bed later than we wanted to and I am so freaking sleepy.
